Anurag has over 17 years of experience in Human Resource management and people development in the corporate and social sector. His knowledge ranges from HR Planning and Strategic Operations to delivering overall process excellence and continuous improvement projects. In his past roles, he has been leading and leveraging HR team in the NIS Sparta Ltd. (North Zone) as Manager HR & Administration.
Anurag holds a Master’s degree in HR & Organization Development, Industrial Relations and Legal Environment from MLSU, Udaipur (Raj.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from MDS University, Ajmer. He was awarded for outstanding work in the area of innovative HR practices at zonal level.
At present, Anurag Saxena has been working on the position of Joint Director at RMKM, Ajmer.
